  • Task tracking and intelligent scheduling
  • Voice-powered interactions
  • Escalating reminders including push notifications, alarms, and phone calls
  • AI-powered context awareness and suggestions

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

6. Phone Call Reminders

By enabling phone call reminders, you consent to receive automated phone calls for important event reminders. Standard carrier rates may apply. You can disable this feature at any time in your settings.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees will be charged at the interval selected (monthly/yearly)
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Persist.Live and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. User Data

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or in case of technical issues. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERSIST.LIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISSED APPOINTMENTS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Persist.Live from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
